Lawrence Lessig on the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on campaign financing in Citizens United vs. FEC.  The ruling allows corporations to pour unprecedented (and unregulated) amounts of money into elections and individual candidates, aligning the interests of elected political officials with their primary campaign donors instead of their constituents.
